18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years 2. Sonographic evidence of hepatic fat infiltration 3. Unexplained liver enzyme abnormalities 4. Patients with: - Obesity - Hypertriglyceridemia - Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) - Hypertension - Hyperuricemia - Chronic alcohol consumption* (*Per 2019 Chinese Expert Recommendations on Standardized Diagnosis/Treatment of Fatty Liver Disease) 5. Asymptomatic individuals undergoing: - Partial hepatectomy for non-SLD conditions (e.g., hepatic hemangioma, FNH resection) - Liver biopsy for unrelated disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver transplant recipients 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Patients with severe respiratory insufficiency unable to cooperate with breath-holding 4. Cases declining MRI-PDFF examination
