Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent teeth with pulp exposure caused by caries or trauma; 2. Teeth with history of spontaneous or nocturnal pain; 3. Teeth with restorable value; 4. Positive response to electric pulp test, lingering cold-induced pain (lasting seconds); 5. Normal periradicular tissue without significant swelling, sinus tract, or moderate/severe percussion pain; 6. Hemostasis achieved within 5-10 minutes after pulpotomy; 7. Periapical index (PAI) score <=2; 8. No systemic diseases contraindicating dental treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases not meeting the above inclusion criteria; 2. Teeth with severe periodontitis, pronounced wedge-shaped defects, excessive attrition, or cracked tooth syndrome; 3. Patients with poor compliance or inability to attend follow-up visits.
