Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with stroke by MR/CT, with a duration of 2 weeks = 6 months; 2. Age between 18-80 years old; 3. Experienced invasive mechanical ventilation treatment during the acute phase; 4. Vital signs are relatively stable and expected to be hospitalized for more than 4 weeks; 5. The patient or family member signs and agrees.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The skin at the electrode attachment site is damaged or infected; 2. Previous major thoracic and abdominal surgeries; 3. Patients with severe chronic heart, lung, intestinal diseases or tumors; 4. Moderate or above pleural effusion; 5. Pregnant women or perinatal period; 6. Have suffered from other neurological and muscular diseases; 7. Pacemaker implants; 8. Individuals who have experienced epileptic seizures or are not suitable for electrical stimulation therapy; 9. Recently experienced major gastrointestinal bleeding or angina pectoris; 10. Refusal from patients or family members; 11. The researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
