60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis (2017); (2) Having a clear history of trauma and predisposing factors; (3) The injured segment is consistent with clinical symptoms and physical examination, and the clinical manifestations are consistent with imaging findings; (4) MRI indicates a single-segment fresh vertebral fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pathological fractures caused by tuberculosis, tumors and other reasons; (2) Two or more fresh vertebral fractures; (3) Fractures accompanied by neurological or spinal cord compression symptoms.
