Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture in the 2015 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic fractures, and confirm the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur by CT/X-ray examination and undergo intramedullary nail surgery; 2.65 17 points, primary school > 20 points, junior high school and above> 24 points); 3. Undergo intramedullary nail surgery for the first time, 1 week =grade II.; 5. Patients and their families are willing to undergo pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limb infection, tumor and other diseases; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure, stroke, etc.) or other organ injuries; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and communication disorders; 4. Patients who have undergone rectal and colon surgery and cannot fully cooperate with pelvic floor muscle strength testing and training.
