65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective radical esophagectomy; 2. Age >= 65 years; 3. BMI 18.5–28 kg/m²; 4. ASA Class II–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing neuromuscular disorders; 2. Long-term preoperative use of psychotropic drugs, chronic analgesics, or agents affecting neuromuscular transmission; 3. Documented allergy to neuromuscular blocking agents or other anesthetics.

The onset time of rocuronium bromide (defined as the time from the injection of rocuronium bromide to when T1% drops to 0).;Average intraoperative dosage of rocuronium bromide (mg/kg/h);Time to 10% recovery (defined as the time from the injection of rocuronium bromide to when T1% recovers to 10%).;Recovery Index (defined as the time from T1% recovering to 25% to T1% recovering to 75%).;Duration of TOF (Train-of-Four) value >= 0.9 (administered sugammadex 2 mg/kg when T2 appears);
