Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective radical esophagectomy; 2. Age >= 65 years; 3. BMI 18.5–28 kg/m²; 4. ASA Class II–III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing neuromuscular disorders; 2. Long-term preoperative use of psychotropic drugs, chronic analgesics, or agents affecting neuromuscular transmission; 3. Documented allergy to neuromuscular blocking agents or other anesthetics.
