Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First occurrence of stroke. 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for various types of cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in the "Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and confirmed as a stroke by head CT or MRI. 3. Age 20-75 years. 4. Unilateral lesion, course of disease less than 3 months. 5. Stage I-IV of the Brunnstrom phase for the hemiplegic upper limb 6. The Mini-Mental State Examination score is >= 21 points, consciousness is clear, and compliance is good 7. The patient has voluntarily signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain trauma or subarachnoid hemorrhage, the condition is unstable 2. Patients with severe cardiac, liver, pulmonary and renal insufficiency or malignant tumor and mental trauma cognitive dysfunction 3. Use of implantable electronic devices (such as pacemakers, etc.) and metal implants (such as stents, etc.) 4. Patients who have a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy 5. Patients who are not willing to cooperate with rehabilitation training;
