18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, no gender restirctions; 2. A clear etiological diagnosis and imaging diagnosis of intradual infection; 3. An MRI examination of the affected segment was performed during the hospitalization;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine meningitis, myelitis, and other infectious diseases. 2. Treatment started at an external institution. 3. Imaging suggests intrathecal infection, but the microbiological culture is negative. 4. Incomplete magnetic resonance sequence or poor image quality. 5. Lack of complete clinical microbiological information and follow-up data;
