Experimental Group:Continue irrigation for 14 days after PEDD surgery
Control group:After PEDD, only the drainage tube is left in place without flushing

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unbearable back and/or radiating pain caused by infectious spondylitis; 2 .Elevated ESR and CRP; 3.X-ray and MRI findings, i.e., narrowing of the intervertebral disc space and varying degrees of destruction of adjacent vertebral endplates.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with progressive neurological deficits caused by epidural abscess or spinal instability; 2.Patients with a history of spinal surgery were also excluded from the study.
