Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-85 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia were in line with the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia in the elderly (2021); 3. The diagnostic criteria of vascular endothelial dysfunction met the 2018 American Heart Association criteria; 4. Able to communicate normally and cooperate to complete relevant assessments and tests; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE<24; 2. the history of fracture or major operation within the last year; 3. long-term bed rest and disability; 4. severe hearing and vision impairment; 5.myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, cardiomyopathy, severe heart valve disease, decompensated heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, renal failure, and limitation of movement due to nervous system diseases within 1 year; 6.other diseases that contraindicate physical activity; 7. Currently participating in another exercise program; 8.There was one elderly person in the family who participated in the study.
