Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years 2. Group 1: Patients with medically diagnosed hyperglycemia (FPG >= 5.6mmol/L); 3. Group 2: Patients with normal blood glucose (3.9mmol/L<FPG<5.6mmol/L); 4. Bone implantation and bone grafting have completed bone healing and final repair for at least 1 year or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with various serious systemic diseases other than hyperglycemia, severe oral infections, severe mental illness, female pregnancy/lactation, etc. who are not suitable for oral treatment 2. Persistent periodontal disease and bone loss (with periodontal diagnosis and treatment records) 3. History of head and neck radiotherapy and chemotherapy 4. Inability to maintain basic oral hygiene routines 5. Use of NSAIDs, antibiotics, bisphosphonates, and/or steroids within the past 90 days 6. Refusal to participate in this trial
