Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The exercise program of this study is mainly aimed at patients with middle and early stage koa, aged 40-65 years old, and K-L grade of knee joint X-ray evaluation <=2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? For patients with severe osteoporosis, the bone mineral density (BMD) T-score is less than or equal to 3.0. Due to their low bone strength, exercise therapy may increase the risk of fractures, so it needs to be excluded; ? Patients with cardiovascular or neurological diseases, in addition to 0A, who also suffer from rheumatoid diseases, or have congenital or acquired deformities of the lower limbs, with uncoordinated limb movements or paralysis, and severe limitations in physical mobility, are unable to undergo active movement therapy. These diseases and conditions may affect the efficacy or safety of movement therapy, and therefore need to be excluded; ? Patients who fail to meet the standards for exercise risk assessment and exercise capacity assessment; those with contraindications to participating in exercise training (such as those who have suffered myocardial infarction within 3 months) need to be excluded; ? Those who fail to complete the course as required and attend follow-up visits on schedule; ? Pregnant and lactating women; due to the special physiological conditions of pregnant and lactating women, exercise therapy may pose unpredictable risks, thus they also need to be excluded; ? Patients who have undergone knee arthroplasty or have plans to undergo joint replacement surgery in the near future. For these patients, due to the fundamental changes in their joint structure, the effectiveness and safety of exercise therapy cannot be guaranteed, and it contradicts the goal of this study, which is to target patients with early-to-mid-stage KOA. Therefore, they need to be excluded.
