Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients met the diagnostic criteria for AMI in the 2018 Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction (Fourth Edition); The diagnosis of fatal arrhythmias is in line with the 2020 Chinese Expert Consensus on Ventricular Arrhythmias and the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Evaluation and Management of Patients with Bradycardia and Conduction Abnormalities (2020), which is in line with the requirements of the Helsinki Declaration revised in 2013.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient's clinical case data is missing or incomplete; (2) Patients with acute infectious diseases, active rheumatic immune diseases, and active tumors at the same time; (3) Have recently taken relevant drugs that affect blood count parameters, such as hormones and immunosuppressants; Patients with fatal arrhythmias caused by other causes; (4) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency or end-stage liver disease, kidney disease, etc.; (5) Patients with hematologic diseases, such as leukemia and aplastic anemia;
