Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic cor pulmonale in the Primary Care Guidelines for Chronic Cor Pulmonale; 2.The symptoms of acute infection were controlled; 3.The patient is conscious, willing and able to cooperate with the examination and complete the rehabilitation treatment; 4.Obtain the consent of the subject, family member, guardian or legal representative and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physical health does not allow, cannot successfully complete rehabilitation exercise or other reasons to withdraw from the test; 2.After conventional treatment and oxygen therapy, respiratory failure could not be corrected; 3.Unsatisfactory improvement of cardiac function, persistent symptoms of heart failure; 4.Circulatory hemodynamic instability, such as hypotensive state; 5.Persistent symptomatic arrhythmia, which cannot be improved by drug treatment; 6.Presence of severe cognitive impairment.
