Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-18 years ; 2. Meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition diagnostic criteria for depression and bipolar depression, and the diagnosis is confirmed by the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.-KID); 3. The score of Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale should not be less than 22.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other mental diseases, such as schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder; 2. Accompanied by serious brain organic diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or serious physical diseases such as malignant tumors, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.; 3. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning such as metal implants and claustrophobia; 4. Those who have received electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation or light therapy in the past 6 months; 5. A history of alcohol or drug dependence in the past one year.
