Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ?>=18 years old; 2. Due to related clinical thyroid dysfunction symptoms (hyperthyroidism symptoms: excessive eating, fear of heat, excessive sweating, hand shaking, wasting, fatigue, etc.; Hypothyroidism symptoms: fear of cold, thinning hair, facial puffiness, low mood, etc.), suspected Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients; 3. No obvious thyroid space occupying lesions; 4. Adequate two-dimensional ultrasound examination of the thyroid was performed and the five items of thyroid function data were complete; 5. Sign the informed consent voluntarily and follow the program requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid occupying lesions and previous thyroidectomy; 2. Incomplete clinical data (especially thyroid function test); 3. Patients with other autoimmune diseases, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, chronic system diseases, infectious diseases, and congenital thyroid dysplasia; 4. The patient does not cooperate and cannot complete the entire examination process.
