65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 65-year-old elderly, clear consciousness, can communicate normally; 2. Electrocardiogram or 24-hour Holter shows atrial fibrillation; 3. Persistent non-valvular atrial fibrillation; 4. Obtain informed consent from patients and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After valvular atrial fibrillation and valve replacement; 2. Cardiac insufficiency, NYHA grade III and above; 3. Malignant tumors and life expectancy less than 1 year; 4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency [ALT> 120U/L; eGFR<15ml/(min*1.73m²)]; 5. In the acute phase of the disease treatment; 6. Have done or are in the process of medical weight loss or surgical weight loss; 7. Suffering from mental or psychiatric illness; 8. Follow-up data were incomplete.
