Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. The attack process conforms to the characteristics of vasovagal syncope; 3. The patient and their family members understand the purpose and steps of this study, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign a written informed consent; 4.The patient and their family members are willing and able to follow the research plan and other requirements of the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to obtain written informed consent; 2. Loss of consciousness due to other reasons, such as dizziness, coma, shock, epileptic seizure, head injury, transient cerebral ischemia attack, drug toxicity, hypoglycemia, etc.; 3. Cardiogenic syncope determined or suspected according to the latest syncope guidelines; 4. Severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg); 5. Severe anemia (hemoglobin less than 11 mg/dL); 6. History of taking phosphodiesterase inhibitors, dipyridamole or drug alcohol abuse; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Indications for contraindications of the upright tilt test: Contraindications: Falls resulting in serious incidents and unstable conditions; Severe vascular stenosis both inside and outside the brain, severe stenosis of the coronary artery, aortic valve and mitral valve, severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe anemia, severe arrhythmia, moderate to severe hypertension, pregnancy. 9.Nitrates drug contraindications: Prohibited for patients in the early stage of myocardial infarction (with severe hypotension and tachycardia), severe anemia, glaucoma, increased intracranial pressure and those known to be allergic to nitrates. Also prohibited for use with citrate sildenafil (to enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect of nitrates).
