18 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Tile C pelvic fracture with a time from injury to surgical treatment of more than 3 weeks; (2) pelvic fracture patients developed nonunion or malunion after external fixation or traction and other conservative treatment; (3) patients with obvious inequality of lower limb length and lumbar-sacral pain resulting in limited activity; (4) signing the informed consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cases of osteoporotic pelvic fractures; (2) Patients with cognitive impairment or unable to cooperate with treatment; (3) Incomplete clinical or imaging follow-up data.
