Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-hospitalised patients undergoing induced abortion before the 14th week of pregnancy; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. No history of taking any psychiatric drugs before enrolment; 4. Possession of a smartphone and familiarity with general WeChat functions; 5. Voluntary participation in the study and completion of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Involuntary abortion or unclear pregnancy intentions; 2.Severe physical complications after abortion (such as massive bleeding, infection, etc., requiring hospitalisation); 3. Individuals with mobility issues, impaired consciousness, or mental disorders; 4.Individuals with tumours who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the past six months; 5.Currently participating in other similar research studies; 6. Unwilling to cooperate.
