Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: No limit. 2. Gender: No restrictions; 3.Patients with pathogenic microbial infections, sepsis, and autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and autoimmune diseases) who visited multiple departments including the Department of Infectious Diseases, Department of Oncology, and Department of Rheumatology and Immunology at multiple centers including Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (the leading unit) from October 2023 to May 2025 Patients with chronic hepatitis, tumor fever, organ transplant recipients, and those with tissue damage caused by surgery, as well as healthy individuals who have undergone physical examinations at multiple centers including Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unclear pathogen detection results; 2.Those with incomplete clinical data; 3.Clinical samples that do not meet the research requirements.
