Postoperative pulmonary complications

Interventions

NC group :Postoperative oxygen therapy via nasal cannula.
HFNC0.5H group:Postoperative high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) oxygen therapy was maintained for 0.5 hours.
HFNC2H group:Postoperative high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) oxygen therapy was maintained for 2 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3.Scheduled for elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; 4. Know and agree to participate in the test and sign a written informed consent; 5.18 kg/m^2 < BMI < 30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients non-compliant or intolerant to HFNC; 2. Contraindications for HFNC: - Complete upper airway obstruction - Basal skull fracture or nasal bone fracture 3. Patients with impaired airway protection and high aspiration risk; 4. Chronic pulmonary disease patients requiring long-term oxygen therapy; 5. Significant CO2 retention (pH <7.25); 6. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
