18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients receiving CRRT with regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) in all departments of West China Hospital, Sichuan University; (2) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (3) Vascular access limited to femoral vein, jugular vein, or cuffed (CUFF) tunneled catheters; (4) Informed consent voluntarily signed by the patient or their legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) CRRT duration = 2 anticoagulants during CRRT; (3) Pregnancy; (4) CRRT without regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA); (5) Concurrent use of >= 2 blood purification modalities; (6) Inability to comply with the study due to psychiatric disorders or other reasons.
