Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Ages 3-5 with anterior crossbite during the deciduous dentition period (meeting oral diagnostic criteria); 2 CFSS-DS score >= 32 points (Chinese pediatric validation threshold); 3 First orthodontic impression taken; 4 Accompanied by family members who have been informed and consented, voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The patient has severe organic diseases. 2 The patient exhibits developmental delays or communication disorders.
