Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age < 32 weeks; 2. Diagnosis of RDS within 72 hours after birth, , requiring tracheal intubation for both elective and rescue HFOV; 3. Informed consent from the guardians;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe birth defects: severe congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernia, gastrointestinal malformations, congenital brain developmental abnormalities, congenital pulmonary cysts; 2. Uncorrected shock; 3. Existence of grade 3-4 IVH before ventilated; 4. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by neonatologists;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At 36 weeks of corrected gestational age, moderate to severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) (grade 2-3) or death.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
