Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is between 18 and 45 years old, and it is expected that the thickness of the corneal stroma bed after ablation will be greater than 280 µ m; 2. The refractive power of the eyes is stable, and the change in refractive power in the past 2 years is less than 0 50D; preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 0.8 or above; 3. Soft corneal contact lenses are discontinued for more than 2 weeks, hard corneal contact lenses are discontinued for more than 1 month, and corneal reshaping lenses are discontinued for more than 3 months; 4. The depth of the central anterior chamber is greater than or equal to 2.80mm, and the corneal endothelial count is greater than or equal to 2500 cells/mm2; 5. No obvious abnormalities in the retina; 6. No history of corneal disease, lens opacity, glaucoma, uveitis or ocular trauma, no history of ocular surgery; 7. Normal mental state, able to undergo regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or diagnosed keratoconus; 2. Severe dry eyes and ocular surface abnormalities; 3. Corneal thinning requires reserved degree; 4. Patients with pregnancy and lactation, high intraocular pressure, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, long-term use of immunosuppressants and other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 5. Patients who are excessively anxious and unable to understand the risks of surgery.
