Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients classified as ASA I or II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); (2) Patients meeting the criteria for endodontic microsurgery; (3) Diagnosed with bone-mucosal fenestration of the affected tooth; (4) Preoperative periodontal probing depth (PD) <= 5mm, mobility <= I°; (5) Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Minors or those with cognitive impairments; (2) Patients with severe systemic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery, those with ASA classification of III or above, or those with poor compliance; (3) Pregnant and lactating women; (4) History of head and neck radiotherapy; (5) Patients who have taken drugs affecting platelet function or bone regeneration within three months; (6) Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; (7) The affected tooth is in the acute infection stage; (8) Tooth mobility is greater than or equal to II°, and the crown-root ratio is less than 1:1; (9) Tooth root fracture or root canal wall perforation.
