Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The intraoperative anesthesia was total intravenous anesthesia. 2.Age 18-75 years old; 3.ASA classification <=?; 4.Patients with gastroscopy indications confirmed by digestive endoscopists; 5.Know about this study, be able to cooperate, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are epistaxis, nasal mucosa injury and nasal space occupying; 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Patients with thyroid disease; 4.Infected with upper respiratory tract; Severe cardiopulmonary cerebral renal insufficiency; 5.neuromental dysfunction, language communication disorders; 6.Allergic to narcotic drugs; 7.Those who refuse or cannot cooperate with the research scheme.
