Interventions

Control group:The subjects daily activity level and eating habits were not changed
Moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention:Participants were asked not to change their daily eating habits and to perform a moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention at least five times p
Jiangnan diet:The subjects were asked not to change their daily activity level and their eating pattern was switched to the traditional Jiangnan eating pattern.
Jiangnan diet + moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention:The subjects were asked to do moderate aerobic exercise and Jiangnan diet intervention at the same time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) specified in this study, have a mild to moderate elevation of serum aminotransferase (< 5 times the upper limit of normal), and have not used drugs other than NAFLD or metabolic syndrome in the 2 months prior to baseline; (2) Be a member of the powertrain research and development team of the designated enterprise, currently employed and have no plans to quit within the next 1 year, aged 18-60, in good mental condition, and have the objective ability to perform medical consultation and guidance; (3) Voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent; (4) Adherence to disease management: no other serious systemic diseases or contraindications affecting clinical trial execution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with serious systemic diseases (such as lung, kidney, metabolic and other system diseases or acute infectious diseases) or unable to tolerate the aerobic exercise prescribed in this study; (2) The presence of liver disease progression: clear evidence of NAFLD progression, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma; (3) There are contraindications such as bulimia nervosa, drug abuse, severe depression, and psychiatric treatment; (4) Tumor-related factors and thyroid specific conditions, including metastatic lesions (lymph node metastasis, extrandular invasion, distant metastasis), bilateral or isthmic thyroid cancer, severe Hashimoto thyroiditis, and conditions requiring intraoperative switching of surgical types.
