Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculous lesions are located in the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae (T5-L4), affecting three or more consecutive vertebral bodies; 2.Surgical treatment is conducted using anterior, posterior, or combined anterior-posterior approaches; 3.Patients who are older than 18 years of age; 4.The follow-up period lasts for at least 5 years, with complete follow-up data available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Tuberculosis lesions located outside the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, or involving fewer than three vertebral bodies in total; 2.Skipping multi-segmental spinal tuberculosis; 3.Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4.Combined with other spinal diseases that may lead to bias in prognosis evaluation; 5. Critically ill patients experiencing multi-organ dysfunction who are unable to undergo surgery; 6. Patients with follow-up period less than 5 years.
