18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years; Presence of triple-vessel disease or left main coronary artery disease, with recommendation for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) based on coronary angiography (according to anatomical criteria); Planned use of multiple arterial grafts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant non-coronary cardiac procedures during CABG; Redo coronary artery bypass grafting; Preoperative coronary angiograms with suboptimal quality for quantitative flow ratio (QFR) measurement.
