Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be recruited locally in representativeness of the Hong Kong population. The inclusion criteria are male aged 18 years or above who are able to speak and understand Chinese for informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any subjects who are incompetent in giving consent will be excluded from the study. In addition, those subjects who had Tonsillectomy will be excluded from the study.
