Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)The patients underwent examinations, including slit lamp microscope, indirect ophthalmoscope, ocular B-ultrasound and intraocular fluid detection, and was diagnosed as acute retinal necrosis, according to Classification Criteria for Acute Retinal Necrosis Syndrome published by Standardization of Uveitis Nomenclature (SUN) Working Group in 2021. 2) Good compliance, able to cooperate and complete relevant examinations and treatments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)History of ocular surgery or trauma, including cataract surgery within 6 months; 2) With other systemic diseases, unable to cooperate and tolerate examination and treatment; 3) No intraocular fluid test or two intraocular fluid PCR tests were negative; 4) Failed to complete antiviral and related treatment;5)Patients whose affected eye meets the criteria for vitrectomy but refuse to undergo the surgical procedure.
