Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification: 1 to 2, ensuring the patient is in good health or has mild illness. 2. Age: Adults aged between 20 and 55 years old. 3. Type of surgery: Scheduled to perform a head-down, feet-up laparoscopic surgery at an angle of 15 to 30 degrees. 4. Estimated surgery duration: Not exceeding 3 hours. 5. Informed consent: The patient's family signed the surgical consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, patients with body mass index> 30 kg/m^2; 2, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, active lung disease, active lung disease, cerebrovascular disease; 3, glaucoma, persistent ocular infection or history of previous ophthalmic surgery; 4, and the actual operation time above 3h.
