Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is occlusal interference, unstable occlusion or myofascial pain; 2. There is a history of joint clicking, but the mouth opening is normal. 3.CBCT shows no organic lesion or MRI shows reversible anterior disc displacement. 4. Negative load test; 5. The teeth are basically intact; 6. Good periodontal health condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under the age of 18 or over 60; 2. There is pain in the noose and capsule of the joint; 3. Patients with mental disorders or those who are unable to express their subjective opinions normally; 4. Patients with dental defects or deletions and/or those accompanied by severe periodontal and dental diseases; 5. There are implants or removable partial dentures in the maxillary dentition; 6. Patients with poor compliance; 7. Cases that have not been followed up or lost to follow-up; 8. Poor oral hygiene; 9. Pregnant women.
