Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as macular edema involving the macular fovea caused by BRVO. BRVO is defined as retinal hemorrhage, capillary bed dilation, venous system dilation, or other biological microscopic evidence of retinal vein occlusion (RVO); neovascularization, vitreous hemorrhage) in one or two quadrants of the retina (HRVO); 2.At the initial diagnosis, a testing distance of 5 meters was used, and the BCVA measured by Snellen's visual acuity chart ranged from 20/40 to 20/400; 3.Sufficient clear ocular media and sufficient pupil dilation are required to obtain high-quality retinal images to confirm diagnosis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Screening for past episodes of macular edema caused by RVO or a history of persistent macular edema caused by RVO in the first 4 months or more; 2.Any eye disease that currently exists in the research eye, other than macular edema caused by RVO, that causes or may lead to irreversible visual loss (such as ischemic macular degeneration, Irvine Glass syndrome, macular fovea atrophy, macular fovea fibrosis, pigment abnormalities, dense macular hard exudation, or other non retinal diseases); 3.History of retinal detachment or macular hole (stage III or IV), presence of traction retinal detachment, vitreous macular traction, full-thickness macular hole, or involvement of macular fovea or destruction of macular structure in the anterior macular membrane. The diagnosis of the affected eye is moderate non proliferative DR or more severe, proliferative DR, DME, nAMD, map like atrophy, myopic choroidal neovascularization; Active iris disease, angle neovascularization, neovascular glaucoma; 4.Perform any other intraocular surgery (such as vitrectomy, scleral buckling, glaucoma surgery, corneal transplantation, or radiation therapy) within 6 months prior to the initial intravitreal injection of medication; 5.Any previous or current treatment for macular edema caused by RVO, including anti VEGF intravitreal injection therapy for macular edema caused by RVO, and any other IVT treatment for retinal diseases that may lead to complications of macular edema; 6.History of other diseases, metabolic dysfunction, physical examination abnormalities, such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc., history or current clinical laboratory examination abnormalities.
