Serratus anterior block combined with general anesthesia group (SAPB):On the basis of general anesthesia, the patient was given a preoperative single Block in the serratus anterior plane
Simple general anesthesia group(GA):General anesthesia was performed without any regional block

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Elective thoracoscopic pneumonectomy; 3. ASA grading I-III; 4. Basic anesthesia is general anesthesia; 5. Patients who agree to postoperative analgesia; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung injury before surgery; 2. Respiratory distress or respiratory failure in the last three months; 3. Severe organ failure (such as heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, etc.); 4. History of previous lung surgery; 5. One-second rate FEV1<60%; 6. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs or refuse regional anesthesia; 7. Inability to cooperate with the investigator for any reason: such as hearing or vision impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.; 8. History of drug dependence or current pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. Preoperative planning to be admitted to ICU; 10. Have participated in other studies.
