18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old and = 11 points; 4. Kubota Water Swallowing Test score >= 3; 5.Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN); 2. History of Gastrectomy or enterotomy; 3. The hemodynamics is unstable after entering ICU, which is defined as the infusion rate of Norepinephrine = 3 mg/h, and the infusion rate of epinephrine = 1 mg/h; 4. Associated diseases that may interfere with outcome evaluation and/or follow-up: Advanced cancer; Severe pulmonary dysfunction; ; Severe cardiac insufficiency; ; Severe liver failure; e. Severe renal failure; 5. Previous history of mental illness or stroke or dementia; 6.Currently participating in other interventional clinical research.
