Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: During the research period, adult SA-AKI patients admitted to 27 ICUs in tertiary hospitals in Hebei Province: 1. Diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis 3.0 criteria: Suspected or present infection, SOFA>=2 points; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Expected ICU stay>=24 hours; 4. Meets KDIGO (2012) AKI diagnostic criteria (meets any of the following criteria): Elevated blood creatinine>=26.5 µ mol/L within 48 hours, Elevated blood creatinine>=1.5 times baseline within 7 days, Urine output<0.5 mL/kg/h for 6 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease, 2. Patients who have undergone nephrectomy, 3. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation, 4. Patients with peak serum creatinine levels below 53 µ mol/L, 5. Patients whose serum creatinine changes cannot be attributed to acute kidney injury (such as a decrease in serum creatinine due to amputation), 6. Patients who receive regular dialysis, 7. Patients who give up treatment or die within 24 hours of ICU admission, 8. Pregnant and lactating women, 9. Patients whose electronic medical records cannot be obtained.
