Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with a clear pathological diagnosis and no metastasis or spread of primary colorectal cancer; 3. Those who have received postoperative chemotherapy and are before the first chemotherapy session, or those who have received neoadjuvant therapy and are before the first chemotherapy session; 4. Clear consciousness, without communication barriers, with convenient movement, and able to cooperate with the investigation and research; 5. Voluntarily participate in the investigation and research and fill out the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Those who are unaware of their own condition due to the family's request to conceal the illness; 3. Colorectal cancer patients with metastasis or spread during the follow-up period; 4. Those who have used antibiotics or immunomodulatory drugs in the past 7 days; 5. Those diagnosed with hematological, immune or inflammatory diseases; 6. Those with communication disorders and unable to cooperate; 7. The researchers consider other reasons unsuitable for the investigation.
