Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Obese group: Body mass index (BMI) >= 28, accompanied by insulin resistance; 2.Control group 2: Body mass index (BMI) 18-28, without insulin resistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All animals and patients who do not meet the modeling standards and enrollment criteria.
