Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Each family must include one hypertensive patient. The diagnostic criteria of hypertension are: systolic blood pressure is greater than 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is greater than 90mmHg;; 2.Family members ensure that the average number of meals at home is more than 2 times a day; 3. All cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases must be diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Need to use potassium-preserving drugs (such as potassium-preserving diuretics) or potassium supplements; 2.There is a history of obvious renal function damage, and hyperkalemia may be caused by using low sodium salt; 3.Ordinary salt or low sodium salt can't be used for other reasons, or you can't follow the research treatment or follow-up because of alcoholism or dementia.
