Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and non-pregnant female patients aged 18 to 60 who plan to undergo mixed hemorrhoid surgery under spinal anesthesia; 2.BMI: 20-30kg/m², weight: over 50kg; 3.The ASA grade was evaluated at level I to II before anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection at the puncture site; 2.Patients with coagulation disorders or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3.Patients allergic to opioid and amide local anesthetic drugs; 4.History of opioid and non-steroidal drug abuse; 5.Patients with severe alcohol dependence, uncontrolled mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction.
