18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18-80 years; 2 Underwent total hysterectomy; 3 No prior major abdominal surgical history; 4 Hemodynamically stable; 5 Intact cognitive and communication abilities with study compliance; 6 Provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Prior spinal/cranial surgical trauma; 2 Preoperative voiding dysfunction (retention/incontinence); 3 Iatrogenic urinary tract injury during procedure; 4 Neurological/psychiatric comorbidities (epilepsy/CNS disorders); 5 Metallic/electronic implants in adjacent regions; 6 Significant arrhythmia; 7 Active UTI/pelvic inflammatory disease; 8 Advanced hemorrhoidal disease.
