Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Pathological diagnosis is gastric cancer; 3. Undergo radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 4. The patient and their family members can understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other active malignant tumors; 2.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (unable to cooperate with follow-up); 3. Expected survival period < 1 year (non-tumor factors, such as end-stage organ failure).
