Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily quitting smoking; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Having normal language and expression abilities; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of asthma or epileptic seizures; 2. Having olfactory disorders that make it impossible to smell the scent of essential oils; 3. Being pregnant, breastfeeding, or in a state of preparing for pregnancy; 4. Having a history of mental illness or receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment; 5. Those deemed unsuitable by the attending physician based on assessment results (such as shock, severe conditions, poor respiratory status, etc.); 6. Smokers who use non-cigarette products such as e-cigarettes and hookahs; 7. Having received medication-based smoking cessation treatment in the past.
