Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) Male individuals aged 18–25 years; (2) No regular exercise habits (total daily sedentary time = 7 hours and engaging in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity < 150 minutes per week), as assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ); (3) No contraindications to exercise, and free from color blindness, visual impairments, or mental disorders; (4) Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Participants who are engaged in other exercise training programs; (2) Participants who report any knee or lower back pain, or any cardiovascular-related diseases, based on the 2020 Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (2020 PAR-Q+); (3) Participants who miss three or more training sessions.
