Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: NVAF patient group: meet the diagnostic criteria for non-valvular atrial fibrillation, exclude other obvious heart diseases (such as rheumatic heart disease, history of cardiac surgery, etc.). Non-NVAF control group: no atrial fibrillation, matching the age, gender, and other underlying characteristics of the patient group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic valvular heart disease; 2. Patients who underwent biological valve or mechanical valve replacement; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal, glomerular filtration rate <60mL/min/1.73m^2); 4. Lactation or pregnancy; 5. Thyroid dysfunction; 6. Malignant tumors, strokes, immune system diseases, and mental illness at the same time; 7. Recent history of trauma and major surgical procedures.
