Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with IPF met the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis established by the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society/Japanese Respiratory Society/Latin American Thoracic Society (ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT) in 2018. 2. Patients with CAP met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of adult CAP (2016 edition); 3. The patient was not combined with tumors, such as lung cancer, lung malignant tumors, etc. 4. The patient had not used glucocorticoids in the month before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with or having a history of radiation pneumonitis, sarcoidosis, or pneumoconiosis; 2. Lung lesions caused by occupational factors, medications, environmental factors, cardiac insufficiency, etc. 3. Presence of severe conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, abnormal liver function, or abnormal renal function; 4. Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
