Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke: 1 age >=18 years old; 2 The diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke clearly stipulated in the Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014; 3 the time from onset to admission to treatment was within 6 hours; 4 the remaining blood sample after clinical examination was >=1mL; 5 Clinical trial informed consent was signed. Heathy control: 1 healthy individuals; 2 age >=18 years old; 3 the remaining blood sample after clinical examination was >=1mL; 4 Relevant informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stroke: 1 comorbid severe systemic illness, previous history of mental illness, cognitive impairment, or previous history of drug or alcohol abuse; 2 Pregnancy status. Heathy control: 1 Imaging diagnosis of cerebral infarction;.
